I was born and raised in Minas Gerais, Brazil, and lived in Montreal, Canada for 2 years with my mini dachshund dog, Cacau. I went there to study French, - oui je parle un petit peu de français aussi, e português, é claro!- and to improve myself as an international designer. I am graduated in Graphic Design and post-graduated in Interaction Design. And after 2 years living in Montreal, I'm back to Brazil and now I'm looking for a new opportunity as UI/UX.
The design came to me as a life changing thing. I was lost about what to do after high school until a technical course about design came to my city in 2013. Since then, I've never left this career. In 2014 I started to study Publicity & Advertising for 2 years. Still, I was in love with design, so I changed my course and graduated in Graphic Design instead.
My dad (Ademar, in memorial) always helped me a lot with my career and encouraged me to follow my dreams. His support was fundamental to me when I decided to travel alone to London, Lisbon and Dublin in 2018. This travel opened my eyes, and I realized that I wanted to live abroad working as a designer. When I came back to Brazil, I started to plan what I should do to improve myself as a designer... after a couple of months, I changed from Graphic Design to UI/UX Design.
Food, travel, listen to music, design, photography, dance, and watch tv shows! What could I ask more?
Ok... I can help a little more... here you can check some recommendations of books, YouTube channels, podcasts, and my favourite playlist on Spotify. Those allow me to be more creative, focused, productive, and HAPPIER! Tip: listen to it from newest to oldest.
